Susan Lacy, MD, FACOG has assembled an all-star team of dedicated women who share a passion for providing exceptional, compassionate care. From answering your calls and emails to welcoming you into the office and supporting you throughout your visit, these are the friendly faces working behind the scenes to make your experience as seamless and comfortable as possible.
At MORE 901, we believe great healthcare is a team effort. Whether you have a question, need assistance, or simply want a helping hand, our team is here for you every step of the way. We look forward to getting to know you and helping you feel right at home.
Kelsey Browning

office manager
Kelsey may be new to the medical field, but she brings more than 15 years of experience in business operations and project management. A Memphis native, she graduated from the University of Memphis with degrees in Marketing and Psychology.
Her passion has always been rooted in the city she calls home. She loves being part of Memphis’ growth and evolution, and when she learned about the mission behind MORE901 and saw the genuine passion Dr. Lacy and the team have for their patients and community, joining the practice felt like a natural fit.
Outside of work, Kelsey can usually be found spending time with her lab, Charlie, or diving headfirst into an elaborate creative project. She’s also known for an endless supply of corny dad jokes and is fluent in sarcasm.
Shun Dotson

Shun brings more than 20 years of medical field experience and has helped build MORE 901 from the ground up. She’s the smiling face you first see when you walk in our door, and an integral part of Dr. Lacy’s team!
She loves getting to be surrounded by wonderful women, and as a working mother sets a powerful example to her two children. Her daughter is determined to run the world, so vote for Amani when you inevitably see her on your ballot one day, and her son won’t rest until he charms his way into your heart- and your snack stash, too.
She’s dedicated, hardworking, gets straight to the point, and has so much love for all of the patients who find their way here.
Jackie McGinnis

Jackie is new to the medical world but is taking to it like a natural, and has been a part of the MORE 901 team since May 2026. Memphis born + raised, she graduated from the University of Memphis with a dual degree in Marketing and Photography.
She loves being part of an all female office and feels so grateful to work for such an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. She knows she can be her true self around Dr. Lacy + her fellow office ladies! She is passionate about women and LGBTQIA+ folx receiving quality medical care and continuously strives to ensure everyone who comes through the doors feels welcome, safe, and cared for.
When she’s not working, Jackie is a wedding and portrait photographer. You can usually find her catching a musical show at The Orpheum, Theatre Memphis, or Playhouse! She is an avid reader, a cozy gamer, and enjoys spending time with her wife and their 3 German Shepherds. Her blood type is Mt. Dew.
Tasha Johnson

Tasha has been a valued part of the MORE 901 team since 2023, helping care for patients through her compassionate approach and dedication to their laboratory testing needs. With more than 20 years experience in the medical field, she brings both knowledge and genuine heart to every patient interaction. She has a deep passion for helping others and and believes that kindness and connection are an important part of quality care.
Known for her reassuring presence and steady hand, she has a special talent for making bloodwork feel less scary, even for the most needle-phobic patients!
A lifelong Midsouth resident, Tasha is a loving wife and mother of three. Outside of work, she enjoys singing and writing poetry and short stories, using creativity as a way to connect with the world.
